The building is one of the few remaining “Main Street” schools in America saved by historic preservation to be a centrally located gathering place. It is home to nine entrepreneurial artists while providing space for rent including classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, a playfield, and a gymnasium.
We have office space, conference rooms and maker spaces available for hourly rentals or short and long term leases.
