RENTALS

The building is one of the few remaining “Main Street” schools in America saved by historic preservation to be a centrally located gathering place. It is home to nine entrepreneurial artists while also providing spaces for rent.

Prescott offers versatile spaces for celebrations, meetings, and events, including a gymnasium and a playfield. Interested in renting a room or hosting an event? Please fill out our Rental Inquiry Form.

Rentals for Room 102 (our small office space) are handled through our Facility Portal. If you plan to rent the Gym on a regular basis (i.e. for pickleball, or another sport) these are also handled through our Facility Portal. See more information here .

MORE ABOUT OUR GYM RENTALS

  • If you are renting the gym for Pickleball: We have blue taped lines on the gym floor for pickleball, and a pickleball net. All other equipment you will have to bring.
  • If you are renting the gym for Basketball: Please bring your own basketballs. Also note, there is a clay studio directly beneath the gym. There may be times where the gym appears open on the calendar, but we are unable to approve the request. We cannot rent the gym for basketball when there are clay classes due to how loud it is above their heads. In these cases we will reach out and work with you to adjust the timing of your rental.
  • Prescott does not have locker rooms or showers.
