You can access our Facility Portal here:
To view availability, click on View Facility Calendar and select Prescott Community Center under locations. This will display the current schedule for the Gym and Room 102, it will be easiest to read the calendar if you select only the room you are interested in.
You can switch to Week, Day, or List view to see specific times for scheduled events; Month view will show which days have rentals but not the event durations.
Once you’ve reviewed the calendar and identified open times that work for you, scroll down and click Create a New Facility Request. Follow the steps to submit your request.
After submitting, send an email to office@prescottscc.org—we will ensure it went through, review it, and approve it for you.
(note: if you submit your request after 1pm on a Friday, we won’t be able to view and approve it until the following Monday).
